The long-awaited new face of North Town is the future, but a future that is very near. The area of the former Vilnius Bus Depot and the surrounding district will finally become a modern, humanised and fully adapted space for the everyday needs of citizens, new residents and businesses. Dozens of planned conversion projects densely cover the map of change and give meaning to the new vision for the district.

Žirmūnai Bus Depot, which occupies 9 ha of the territory, is expected to move out in 2023, so the possibility of creating cultural spaces and a network of public areas in this space is being actively sought to make the territory as accessible as possible to the needs of the public. We are eager to experience a transformation that will change everyday life for residents.
